	I have been represented by Patty Strader at Maultsby Talent for about four years. She has been great at finding TV, film, and modeling opportunities that fit my busy schedule as a college professor. Although I have had to pass up a number of good opportunities due to my schedule, she still keeps on finding good work for me. For example, just a few days ago she called me about a movie being shot in Wilmington. The next day I am dressed in green scrubs walking down a long hospital corridor alongside Richard Gere. He turns to me and asks if there are any problems with a patient. I shake my head and say "No, no problem". He plays a renowned plastic surgeon in the movie "Nights in Rodanthe", and I am one of several residents following him to the operating room. 	My name is Jennifer O’Neal and I am the owner of a management company in NC. I manage talent from California to North Carolina. I have had the opportunity to work with Patty Strader with Maultsby Talent for the past six years. I have to say that in all of the years that I have worked in this industry, Patty is one of the most professional, honest and most importantly, reliable people that I have worked with. She truly cares about the talent that she represents through Maultsby. All of the talent that she has scouted from our company is very happy working with Maultsby. Every time that I have had conversations with the talent they always say how they are always informed about the castings that are going on in the agency, which we all know is not always the case in this industry. So for Maultsby to go the extra step and keep all of their talent informed at all times is exceptional. Going the extra step for the talent is not unheard of when it comes to Patty. I can recall a particular little girl that Patty represents that had a couple of castings that Patty called her for and the little girl’s family was never available to take her to the casting. Instead of Patty just canceling this child’s contract, Patty took the time to contact her family several times to really try and work out something so the girl could still stay in the industry. Every time Patty attends one of our events, she always comes with such a positive attitude and is always smiling and encouraging the talent to go for their dreams. 	I have been a with Maultsby for a few months now and from day one Patty and the Maultsby Talent staff have been such a blessing to my life and my acting career. She has gotten me great auditions, work, and helped get my resume in order. I look at the relationship I have with Maultsby more like a Family/Team. Everyone does their part to work like a well-oiled machine. I have to say this was one of the best choices I have ever made in my life, and I would do it again. Even when I make it big, I would love for Maultsby to represent me. I will be with Maultsby as long as they will represent me... -Victor Joyner Hi Patty, Well we had a pretty awesome day on the set yesterday! Addy got to meet Dakota Fanning, Paul Bettany, and Hilarie Burton. She also got to sit next to the director Gina Prince Bythewood, and she actually spoke to Addy too. They treated her like royalty and we got to stay and watch a Dakota Fanning outdoor scene get filmed. The best part of the evening though was the fact that she totally impressed producer Lauren Shuler Donner. After they were done with Addy, she told me herself how impressed she was, let me see the shots they took of Addy, and explained how professional she was and how they "got the shots" they needed with ease! Addy was easy to direct, was able to show pure fear for them, and it took less film and time than they expected. I jokingly said "Well you can use her anytime", and she said "oh, we will". So there - I was such the beaming mom!! Now Ms. Donner explain what they were doing with the flashbacks of Lily Owens. She said because of time constraints, they weren't filming the flashbacks, but taking a bunch of photos. The other little girl was the Young Lily Owens body, and Addy is the FACE! She explained that when shooting the other little girl, they never saw her face, Addy is the face of Young Lily Owens. So there you go! I have attached a photo of Addy and Dakota Fanning, as well as the letter Dakota wrote to Addy... Thank you so much for the experience, we can't wait to do it again. - Jaime
